COVID Measures

Botté 

New protective measures means new Botté Chai Bar and Persian Kitchen protocol.

 

As an establishment, the Botté Chai Bar and Persian Kitchen Family are acting in accordance with any and all government restrictions that apply to our hidden gem on the prairies. In accordance with the Saskatchewan government guidelines and restrictions, our customers are being asked to adhere to the following:

“Effective October 1, 2021, a provincial requirement for proof of vaccination or negative test is required for public access to a  list of establishments, businesses and event venues that bring groups of people together.”  

 

Also helpful for our customers to know are the acceptable forms of proof of vaccination:

  • Wallet cards received at time of immunization

 

  • A printed copy of your MySaskHealthRecords (MSHR) vaccine certificate (With or without a QR code)

 

  • An earlier version of your MSHR COVID-19 vaccine certificate

 

  • A COVID-19 vaccine printout from Saskatchewan Health Authority Public Health

 

  • To come – A QR code/MySaskHelathRecord vaccine certificate uploaded to SK Vax Wallet.

We ask that our patrons are able to provide a valid proof of vaccination upon visiting Botté Chai Bar and Persian Kitchen. PROOF OF VACCINATION

 

Proof of vaccination may be provided via:

  1. Vaccination Wallet Card (given at time of vaccination)
  2. Printed or digital copies of QR codes downloaded from Sask E-Health
  3. QR codes displayed via the ‘Sask Vax Wallet’ mobile app

 

NEGATIVE TEST RESULT

Clients may also opt to provide negative test results in place of proof of vaccination. Valid tests will:

  1. Be either a PCR or Rapid-Antigen Test, administered by a healthcare provider or private testing professional
  2. Include documentation noting the clients name and the date/time of the test 
  3. Have been administered no more than 72 hours prior to time of visit.
